The complimentary breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable, allowing me to sleep pretty well. the hotel's convenient location near the event I attended was a definite plus. However, the horrendous staff and noise disruptions from neighboring guests were major drawbacks, impacting the overall stay. Despite these issues, the clean rooms, good coffee, and close proximity to diverse restaurants added some positive notes to the experience. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Woodland Hills has potential but needs improvement in certain areas to ensure a more pleasant stay.
